Terms of Service (Draft)
Services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined per written quotation or agreement, which prevails over these general terms.
Payment. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work begins; final deliverables are released on full payment.
Intellectual property. On full payment, deliverables transfer to the client, excluding third-party components and Apex's pre-existing tools and libraries.
Website content. Information on this site is provided in good faith and may change without notice.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Apex's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
